Donor information and anonymity
If you donate funds to County Residents Against Annexation (CRAA), you are eligible for a tax deduction, because CRAA is a community-based 501(c)(3) public charity. As such, CRAA is legally required to report donations to the Internal Revenue Service. (This protects the tax-deductible status of financial contributions to CRAA.)
CRAA is not required to publicly disclose the names of individual donors who have contributed less than $5,000 in a single calendar year. Please note: CRAA is required by law to publicly disclose donations in the amount of $5,000 or more given by individual donors in a single calendar year.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment on our website, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
